PEP CLUB MEETING

We need you all there. Tie Dying will be happening for those that have paid.

October 30th is the last day to buy your yearbook for $50.
Yearbooks will be sold during all lunches this week!!

Bring a soccer ball, water, running shoes & shin guards
Join the MHS Media Club
First Meeting: Monday, Oct. 26th
Time: 2:20 P.M.
Location: MHS Library
Activities
•Create book trailers (mini-movies) of your favorite books
•Design posters promoting reading and books
•Participate in One Book ArizonaVolunteer at book fairs
See Ms. Shoup in the Library for details

SOCCER TRYOUTS ARE RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER!
There will be a mandatory meeting in room 184 for ALL GIRLS interested in playing soccer this season:
ALL GIRLS WANTING TO PLAY MUST ATTEND AT LEAST ONE OF THE MEETING TIMES LISTED
WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, OR FRIDAY
BEFORE SCHOOL - 6:30 to 7:00AM
AFTER SCHOOL - 2:15 to 2:45PMTRYOUTS START NOVEMBER 2ND AT 2:15
Softball Meeting
•When: Tuesday, October 27
•Who: All girls interested in playing softball (Varsity, JV or Freshman) in the spring
•Where: Room 132 (Coach Hendrickson’s room)
•Time: Immediately after school until 2:45. Please be on time!
•If I can’t make it?: See Coach Hendrickson
•Importance: MANDATORY!!!!!
Baseball Meeting
When: Thursday, October 29th
Who: All boys interested in playing baseball in the spring (Varsity, JV or Freshmen)
Where: Old Gym (this is a change)
Time: 2:15 to approximately 3:00
If you can't attend, see Coach Connelly in M3
You must attend if you plan to try out!
Football Spirit Bus vs. Seton Catholic
(playing at Mesa Community College)
For Students and Parents
Friday, October 30th, 2009
(bus leaves at 5:30, game is at 7:00)
$6.00 each MUSD student ($3. 00 for the bus, $3.00 for game)
$8.00 each adult ($3.00 for the bus, $5.00 for game)
Mrs. Hull will be selling at lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Purchase your ticket in the Athletics Office. All MUSD students must also have a signed permission form turned in with the money to receive a ticket to get on the bus.
(Get forms in the athletics office or with Mrs. Hull) The first 50 people to purchase a ticket will get a seat on the bus. First come, first serve
