Announcements Ausgust 16, 2007
Boys Soccer, Meeting this Thursday, the 16th from 4:30 to 5:30. We’ll be meeting in the GYM. We have a lot to discuss before October 29; official tryouts so don’t miss out. The college soccer season is just starting so Coach Berg will be taking various groups of interested boys to see some College soccer Games in the Valley, don’t miss out.
Cross Country Team
Anyone interested in running Cross Country see Mr. Anderson in Room 18H.
Football
Anyone interested in playing football meet at the gym after school.
Cheer Team
Anyone who would like to try out for the Cheer team, they need to pick up an application packet in the office. There will be a Mandatory meeting after school on Wednesday, August 15 in the Summit. Practice clinics will be on Wednesday, August 15th and Thursday, August 16 after school from 4-6 in the Summit. Tryouts will be on Friday, August 17th. You need a completed Physical packet turned in to the office before you can try out.

Maricopa FFA BBQ dinner . Sat. Aug. 18 from 3 to 7 PM. $10 for a meal.
“The National Honor Society will hold its first meeting Friday, August 17, 2007 in Crosbie’s Room -- M02 at 7:45am. We will discuss expectations of club members, hold elections for vacant positions and re-instate the club constitution. See Kevin Ngai or Mrs. Crosbie if you have any questions.”
Attention students interested in taking the PSAT in October – Study Guides for the PSAT are now available in the Counseling Office.
Sophomore Class
sophomores there will be a class meeting in room 13M tomorrow (Thursday) at 7:45 am.
Baseball
There will be a baseball meeting on Friday, August 17th at 3:35 pm in room H18 or the office next to that room.
Middle School Campus
High School students are not allowed on the Middle School campus.
Boys Basketball
Anyone interested in playing basketball, open conditioning will start next week. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 4:00. In the Multi-Purpose Wt. Room.
